Exchange Rates: Exchange rates are updated regularly but are approximate. Actual charges may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time you view pricing and when payment is processed. Your payment provider (credit card, bank, etc.) may apply additional currency conversion fees.
Base Currency: USD is our base pricing currency. All pricing tiers and features are set in USD, and converted rates are provided for reference only.
Taxes: Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax, etc.) may be added to your subscription based on your location and local tax regulations.
Usage Overages
The following overage charges apply when you exceed your plan's included limits (prices shown in USD):

Why we don't cap notes or tokens
Most AI scribes meter what a note-generation call costs them and pass that anxiety on to you as a monthly limit. We don't, because it isn't necessary — generating a note costs a fraction of a cent, so we don't ration it. The only thing we meter is recording time, and we've sized every plan so a genuinely busy full-time clinician won't bump into it.

Do you limit the number of notes I can generate?
No. Every plan includes unlimited AI-generated notes. The only metered resource is transcription minutes, and each plan's allotment is set well above typical usage for its target practice size.
What happens if I go over my transcription minutes?
You can upgrade anytime, or purchase additional minutes at a transparent per-minute rate without changing tiers. We'll notify you before you run out — no surprise charges.
Can I change plans later?
